Q) What are your hours of operation? 

A) Emerge operates 7 days a week including holidays. Normal Business hours are Monday-Friday  8:00am-6:00pm /Extended Hours Offered: Sat/Sun: By Appointment

Q) How does one pay for your service? Which credit cards do you accept? 

A) We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and bank debit cards and cash. All payments are expected at time of transport. For clients that use us regularly we can bill monthly by invoice. 

 

 

Q) What type of transports does Emerge Transport, LLC offer? 

A) We offer ambulatory, wheelchair, stretcher, and special need transports.

 

 

Q) How far in advance do I need to schedule the appointment?

A) We have a very busy schedule during the day. Please try to give us at least 12 hours advance notice of requested transportation. Note: You can call for emergency scheduling to see  if we can fit you into last minute scheduling.

Q) Does Emerge Transport, LLC have oxygen available for clients to use during transport?

A) If a customer required use of oxygen we suggest that the customer provide his/her own oxygen during transport.
